Our story

Victor Santiago worked in roofing and construction for more than a decade before going out on his own. After 17+ years on other people's crews - climbing every kind of roof in the PNW, fixing other guys' shortcuts, and learning what separates a 30-year roof from a 7-year roof - he started Quality Master so homeowners in Clark County could get the kind of work he wished he'd been able to deliver under someone else's name.

We're licensed in Washington (QUALIML786JF) and Oregon (CCB 243945), bonded, and fully insured. Whether it's a single skylight, a full Hardie siding wrap, or a tear-off-and-replace, every project gets the same approach: walk the site, write a clear estimate, do the work clean, and stand behind it.

What "quality master" means to us

It's a high bar to live up to. Materials matter - we don't substitute the cheap underlayment or skip the ice & water shield to hit a number. Workmanship matters - every fastener placed where the manufacturer specs it, every flashing detail done right. And the people on the job matter - homeowners deal directly with Victor, not a sales rep with a quota.

Six trades, one crew

Most roofing companies hand you off to subs for siding, gutters, decks, and windows. We don't. The same crew that puts on your roof can flash your skylight, run your seamless gutters, replace your siding, and build your deck. Fewer subs means fewer surprises, tighter coordination, and cleaner detail work where the trades meet.

Manufacturer certifications

We hold installer certifications with the brands that matter - and those certifications aren't given to everyone. They unlock extended warranties on materials and workmanship, but only when the contractor follows the manufacturer's spec to the letter.
