The content on this site - text, photos, branding, and structure - is the property of Quality Master Roofing & Remodel LLC and is provided for informational purposes. You may share links to our pages but may not republish content without permission.

Estimates & Inspections

Free estimates and inspections are provided as-is. They reflect what we observed and the scope as we understood it at the time. Final pricing is set by the written contract, which supersedes any verbal or preliminary number.

Workmanship

We're licensed in Washington (QUALIML786JF) and Oregon (CCB 243945), bonded, and fully insured. All work is performed to applicable code and manufacturer specifications. Specific workmanship and material warranties are documented in your project contract.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the scope and dollar amount of the contract for your project. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions discovered during work or for damages arising from circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, code changes during a permitted project, etc.).

Permits & Inspections

Where permits are required, we will pull and coordinate them as part of the contract scope. The customer is responsible for providing access for inspections and complying with HOA or jurisdictional rules.

Disputes

We aim to resolve any concerns directly. If a dispute can't be resolved informally, it will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington and venued in Clark County.
