Out past the city limits, toward Heisson, Daybreak, Cherry Grove, and the Battle Ground Lake area, the same postal address covers 3,000 to 5,000 square feet on multiple acres, usually with a shop, sometimes an ADU, often a detached garage.
That second version changes what a siding job is. Your house is the largest piece but rarely the only one, and if you re-side the house and leave a mismatched shop fifty feet away you have spent a lot of money to make the shop look worse.
